The application or request message should include due mention of : 

• your full name (or that of the organization submitting the request) ; 

• your contact details (e-mail address, postal address, phone number) ; 

• the degree programme you are applying for (PhD/ two-year Master/ one-year Executive Master) ; 

or 

• the object of your request (Validation of Professional Experience/ On-Site Customized Training Session). 

In either case, supporting documents or information items (as enumerated on the Application Procedure page under the Admissions tab) should be attached to your e-mail message in PDF format.
